Volume II – Investigations into 2009-2014 Deaths

The second volume of the 2015/16 Hazelwood Mine Fire Inquiry report was tabled in the Victorian Parliament by the Premier, Daniel Andrews on 9 December 2015.

The volume of the report addresses term of reference 6 which tasked the Board with investigating:

Whether the Hazelwood Coal Mine Fire contributed to an increase in deaths, having regard to any relevant evidence for the period 2009-2014
